• Senior Project Manager/Banking Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the evaluation, planning, and execution of large projects – including the reviewing and understanding of all project financial, business, and technical requirements
• Leading staff of varying nationalities and skill sets
• Coordinating staff across functions internally and externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-spec delivery of large projects
• Responsible for progress and issue reporting to internal and client management teams
• Facilitates client interaction with the project team throughout the project schedule
• Escalation of serious issues to Executive Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 5 years technology project management experience, including manpower and budget management acquired from a Chinese or multi-national organization.
• Understands project management methodology (PMI certification preferred, but not required).
• Consumer credit and payment industry with working knowledge of bank card or credit card is preferred
• Working knowledge of a retail banking system application such as transaction switching, authorization, settlement and item processing is a plus.
• Customer-oriented who always focus on achieving project goals with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Effective communicator, coordinator, win-win negotiator who can reach a compromised or intermediate solution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Exhibits integrity in dealing with others.
